Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on the location.
Shipping Charges:
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all domestic orders if you pay Cash on Delivery. If you pay online, then the shipping charges will not be included.
Payment Options:
Cash on Delivery is available.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, RuPay cards, UPI, Paytm, and other secure online payment methods.
Order Updates:
You will receive SMS and email notifications regarding your order status. The tracking ID will be shared within 1–2 business days after the order is shipped.
Important:
- Business days exclude weekends, bank holidays, public holidays, regional holidays, and special observed days.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 24 hours. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for support.
Reverse Shipping:
For exchanges (if applicable), we cover the cost of reverse shipping.
Package Denial:
Please do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged, opened, or tampered with. Accept the package only if the seal is intact.
International Shipping
Delivery Time:
International orders are delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items and the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Order Updates:
You will receive email updates regarding your order status along with the tracking ID within 1–2 business days after your order is dispatched.
Custom Duties & Taxes:
Additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country.
